Medical Flights

Alpha Air One is Alpha Air Center’s critical care fixed wing air ambulance division. We are multi state licensed, based in Joplin, MO and can complete transports to any state in the contiguous US.

Every transport is staffed with an experienced registered flight nurse and paramedic. Our friendly and compassionate crew has 85+ years of experience in medical flight service and 100+ years in critical care health care.
